  Professor, manager, curriculum developer, accreditation evaluator, trainer, and consultant. Broad experience and education in computer systems including Linux, UNIX, Windows 7/8/10, iOS and Amiga systems; extensive conventional and computer graphics experience. Designed and manage ABET-accredited undergraduate and graduate university curricula in Information Technology & Cybersecurity. Internet/World Wide Web pioneer—established, maintained and managed extensive multiple Web sites dating back to 1994. Teach courses in cybersecurity management, systems and system integration, and legal and ethical issues in information technology. Formal Navy training and experience in cybersecurity. Director of Information Technology for a university college and campus responsible for all information technology functions. Manager of Client Services for university campus computing operation. Director of Operations for an aviation unit with over one million dollar annual operating budget and over 130 million dollars in operating equipment. Directed all safety programs including aviation safety and OSHA for two navy units with an aircraft accident rate of zero. Administered all data processing and administrative assets for a Navy unit with 500 personnel and all information systems for a university academic department. Twenty-seven years of IT management experience, twenty-seven years of university teaching. Seventeen years as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy.
